Company Overview
At VersiTech, we go beyond the traditional boundaries of a tech company to provide payment and point-of-sale technologies that help businesses increase their profitability, run efficiently, and grow with confidence. We are innovators at heart, problem-solvers in action, and growth partners in spirit. In every solution we create and every service we offer, our ethos is clear: technology should be advanced, accessible, and easy to use. We have a passion for delivering technology-focused products and services that are built on speed, affordability, and reliability so that every business we serve enjoys a consistent experience with a trusted ally. Our two product lines, BOLD Integrated Payments and Tonic POS Software can be deployed together for a unified end-to-end experience or used independently for maximum flexibility.

Listening first, building lasting relationships, and delivering measurable outcomes for our partners and merchants are central to how we operate as an organization.

Who We Are
We operate under a rapidly growing and widely accepted business philosophy called “EOS” (Entrepreneurial Operating System). In learning to utilize EOS, you will have the ability to drive growth and be an empowered decision maker, something that you can’t get in large, slow-moving organizations.
As we grow, we are intentional about protecting our small-company spirit: staying agile, taking ownership, and maintaining strong relationships. We strive to live our values every day and in every way. We believe culture is built through the habits we practice: Value + Habit = Culture, and we are looking for others who feel the same way:
  • We are ALL IN: We are committing wholeheartedly to a clear vision. Mission first and team always by: following through, owning outcomes, and finishing what we start for the success of ALL involved: our employees, our partners, our vendors, our communities, and our customers.
  • We DARE TO BE DIFFERENT: We embrace our entrepreneurial DNA and small-company spirit as we scale, taking responsibility as first movers, simplifying the complex, and maintaining a culture of fun and approachability while prioritizing our partners and team members first.
  • We are HUMAN: We are grounded in accountability and genuineness, we build strong relationships by listening to understand, communicating clearly, speaking truth with care, and respecting different perspectives with grace as we grow.
How You Will Make an Impact:
As a Partner Growth Advocate you will be the trusted strategic advisor our clients rely on to achieve their business outcomes. Your primary mission is to unlock value and accelerate revenue growth for both our clients and our business. By deeply understanding their goals and proactively identifying new opportunities, you’ll go beyond traditional account management to provide strategic insights that directly impact their bottom line. This role is about leading with influence, aligning internal teams, and ensuring we deliver the kind of results that solidify our position as an indispensable business partner.

Performance Metrics (not limited to):
  • Revenue Expansion: Quarter-over-quarter revenue growth as a primary driver, through strategic upsells, cross-sells, and client expansion initiatives.
  • Portfolio Growth: Year-over-year growth goals achieved by developing and executing strategic account plans that align with our clients’ business objectives.
  • Strategic Engagement: Meets or exceeds targets for all client engagement activities—including calls, onsite visits, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)—to maximize client satisfaction and partnership depth.
What You’ll Be Driving Day-To-Day:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, building strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Lead weekly and bi-weekly client meetings.
  • Act as a strategic escalation point for client challenges, ensuring timely and effective resolution to maintain business continuity.
  • Oversee the review of client profitability and performance, engaging in strategic discussions to identify and capitalize on new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate with and guide internal business units to ensure a unified approach and consistent performance across all client touchpoints.
You’ll Know You’re Successful When:
  • Clients treat you as an indispensable strategic partner; they bring you into decisions before you have to ask to be included.
  • Client challenges get resolved before they become disruptions, because you’re already the first call when something goes wrong.
  • Internal teams treat your read on a client’s needs as reliable enough to act on without double-checking it themselves.
  • You’re spotting revenue opportunities in your portfolio before clients ask for them, not just responding to requests as they come in.
  • Your strategic account plans hold up over multiple quarters: clients keep hitting the goals you mapped out together, not just the ones already in motion when you started.
  • Leadership and clients both see you as someone who translates data into action, not just someone who reports on it.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in client management or sales role, with a preference for candidates with a background in merchant services or point-of-sale solutions.
  • Strong understanding of revenue generation and client engagement strategies, with a track record of driving growth within an existing book of business.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and nurture long-term, high-trust relationships.
  • Ability to analyze performance data, translate insights into actionable strategies, and implement solutions that deliver measurable results.
  • Strong command of Salesforce or a similar CRM platform.
The hours of operation for this role will fall within 8am – 5pm, per your time zone.
This is a remote role with moderate expectations (up to 25%) of travel.
You will have a base salary plus eligibility for a bonus or variable compensation plan for this role.
